BC: CTF co-hosts Chilliwack Twitter All-Candidates Meeting

Author: Jordan Bateman 2014/10/27

This Wednesday night, I will be co-hosting an online Chilliwack election mayor and council all-candidates meeting for Twitter users – and I’m hoping you’ll join in!

On Wednesday night, Oct. 29, from 7 to 8 p.m., search for #ValleyVotes on Twitter and ask your questions of Chilliwack’s mayor and council candidates. They’ll be online for at least that hour answering your questions and sharing their opinions. I’ll be co-hosting the event.

For a step-by-step guide on how to sign up for Twitter (it’s free!), click here. Or go to www.twitter.com and start the process there. Once you’re up and running, be sure to follow the CTF (@taxpayerdotcom) and me (@jordanbateman) to stay up to date.

There’s also prizes and gift cards to be won as part of the event – if you pre-register here (although this isn’t necessary to participate).

If you can’t make the Twitter meeting, feel free to email me your question at [email protected], and I’ll do my best to ask it on your behalf. I’ll post candidates’ answers at http://www.taxpayer.com/blog/ on Thursday.

I hope to see you on Twitter this Wednesday night!
